How to add a IP Camera

Before you can add your IP Camera in AbelCam you need to get some information.

AbelCam supports IP Cameras with JPEG images or Motion JPEG Streams (mjpg).

Find out the exact URL to retrieve the images or the image stream from your camera.

Use a browser to test the URL. Internet Explorer can only display JPEG images, no motion JPEG streams. Use Firefox, Google Chrome or Opera to test motion JPEG Stream.

Copy the URL as you are going to need it later.
