The software went public in 2005 and since then more than 25'000 free licenses have been issued. Inspired by smart users, features were added until 2015. A request for support from current users returned very few answers. Interest dropped to a level where the time required for maintenance and support can not be justified anymore. After a long time preparing the move, today was time for the move. DNS TTL was reduced to one minute to switch over quickly, and soon as the DNS entry pointed to the new server, requests where hitting the new target.
