For more than half a year we are working hard on the next major release of AbelCam.
One of the new features is the support for languages.
I have translated the program to german, for other languages I need help.
The job of editing languages is made fairly easy using a web-based translation interface. It provides tools for comparing and changing the many phrases and words (currently 1080 of them!).
As AbelCam is not a real business project (yet), I cannot pay you for the time it takes to translate.
I can offer you
- AbelCam licenses
- a link to a webpage of your choice within the program
- your name listed as translator
If you are interested in contributing to have AbelCam available in other languages than English and German,

so far the only foreign language completed is german, finnish and spanish are almost there.
Is there a difference (in computer terms) with portuguese portuguese and brasilian portuguese? Or could those two countries share the translation?
I'll send you the information required for the translation.

If not, how long have you needed to translate 1080 sentences to German?

no, nobody for French yet.
The translation to german took me about 2 hours, but as I know the program quite well probably it will take longer for somebody not that familiar with the software.
I'll send you the information for the translators by email.
