I am almost done fixing the bugs you listed.
7) Video server options (2 pulldowns on the right hand side) are empty for me. And the mms: link doesn't work at all for me.
Which version did you use before? Was the audio working for you with the version you used previously?
I consider a fallback scenario where a default device is used when available devices can't be detected correctly (if any of the previous versions worked for you, that is).
http://tardis/cgi-bin/JUROcam and the windows media link complains about the link (uses mmsu
at least when I view with firefox 1.0.7
the link should be mms://localhost:8090/ (default setting)
You can also use
http://localhost:8080/current.asx which should redirect to the video stream.
If the video server does not work at all, maybe you could mail me a zipped debug.txt.
