A few bugs in the last release were
found and fixed:
- Chat Window Exception
- Vertical 100 move
Other changes:
- VFW drivers warning
- disable the video server if not fully configured
- changed startup messages in popup window
The installer can be found in the same location as
the previous one, but this time it's 4, not 3
