by default the video server runs on port 8090
Test from the machine that runs LogiSphere:
mms://localhost:8090
If that fails, the web server does not work. Try a different profile, make sure you choose a audio device and channel.
If it works, try mms://your-ip:8090/
You might have to try from outside, as some routers/firewall are not able to route traffic from inside your network back into this networks using the external IP address.
