AbelCam 2.2.0

this release brings two major improvements over previous releases:

- full Tilt/Pan/Zoom support for the Typhoon Motion Cam, a popular USB TPZ camera

- AbelCam 2.2.0 supports the AbelCam Network Camera Agent

The Network Camera Agent supports any Network Camera with JPEG or Motion JPEG images.
It adds the following functionality to your Network Camera:

- Motion JPEG video streams for any browser
- scalable images
- add borders
- caption

Using the Network Camera Agent as a plugin for AbelCam, you can enable internet access to Cameras within your private network which would not be accessible otherwise.
