I think I have a problem with the license.

When I use applet samples, after few seconds, a picture is displayed with
following text:
max frame count reached

Did I make a mistake when entering the license?

This is not a license problem.

The video stream shows a limited number of pictures. You can set the limit on the devices page.

To show more pictures increase the number Max Motion JPEG frames, to have no limit at all check no limit
