i wanted to call the server-admin page with localhost:8080/server-admin and get the following broken-link message:
HTTP 404 Not Found
the page cannot be found
Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. The page
/server-admin
may have been removed, its name may have changed, or it is temporarily unavailable.
AbelCam 2.3.8 Authenticated
Can you please help me?

If you have not set the Administrator password, the server-admin page will be "404". Check in Configuration -> Passwords, at the very bottom. If Administrator Password is blank, that is the problem.
