Enable/Disable webcam from the web-page

Hello!
I have just installed the app and maybe this feature already exists but I haven't found it so far anyway. If the camera happen to be disabled (not running) I would like to be able to enable camera function remotely from another computer via the web interface (http://myserver:8080). Also to disable or turn off camera remotely would be a nice feature.

Is there any possibility to restart AbelCam by "opening a web link" like we can to move camera to desired place?
It will be great to be able to do it quick & easy with mobile internet on cheap phone like mine, where it is hard or impossible to open web admin interface and go trough desired interface...
