Hello;
I am trying to resize the output of the webcam. I use to use a Logitech WebCam and it worked fine.
However now with my Microsoft LifeCam VX-5500, when I goto:
Camera >> Config >> Capture Device >> Size & Orientation
Under "Video Size Input" and "Output" there is only 640x480 and neither of these settings are changeable. Is there anyway I can reduce this to 320x240? Perhaps my webcam isn't able to save at this resolution natively? But maybe I can tell AbelCam to resize it before doing to localsave? Any suggestions what might be wrong? Somewhere I have to edit? Why does AbelCam not allow the output to be resized, that shouldn't depend on the webcam?
Thanks! I'm use Windows Server 2008 and AbelCam 3.1.0.

A bit more information:
When I add the camera, I noticed in the Messages:
No valid resolution found - this capture device won't work with TyCapture.
However it does work for the most part, except for forcing the Resolution to 640x480.
I then tried with VisioCamera, and it works perfectly (can resize to whatever I want), and saves to local fine. However when I start it as Service... it just shows an image "Camera Offline".
Same with VcxCamera... works fine running from AbelCam, but running as Service it just says Camera Offline...
Anyway to allow TyCamera to find a valid resolution with my LifeCam 5500?
