I found a cheap IP Camera, with TPZ, i was trying to make a template for it for the ipptz, but got stuck.
I dont think the camera got any way to write the position of the camera, or move to a specified position.
I took a copy of some of the files on the webserver in the camera, showing what the links look like, i added the manual to the file too, and it all can be found here

Hello Michael
this forum
has some information about the camera.
http://camera.ip.address/cgi-bin/action?action=snapshot&lang=eng
is supposed to return the latest Jpeg image.
If you want me to try and figure out how to configure the parameters for AbelCam IP PTZ, I need access to the camera. The zip file above does not help much.
pantiltctl.html contains all the moves, but AbelCam needs to know how many moves from one end to the next.
Looks like the camera can only do moves stepwise (up, down, left, right).
As I had no such device at hand, support for this is planned, but not implemented (other than the GUI...)

I got the picture working, added as iptpz, and it runs perfect. Only messing around to get the tpz working with abelcam too.
I will try to see if i can get the port open to it, but there seems to be a glitch in the firmware, getting it to reset when i change the port.
And a bit away from the topic if others are interessted:
There are one very confusing thing about it, the model it says it is, is not what it actually is.. and still it is...
The firmware says "Product Name: IPCamera_VS-IPC1002"
and it looks like this: http://www1.dealextreme.com/productimages/sku_14272_2.jpg
and my camera looks like this: http://images.izideal.com/img/product/2497964/l/dk/advance-wb-ip01a-ip-camera-mini-afstovende-gas-ekngazmin-150-ml.jpeg
The camera can be found here: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.14272 for $85.42 with free shipping (i have used them about 20 times now, never a problem)
The picture from mine can be seen here, taken in completely dark http://bld-live.dk/security/images/2009-06-26/Y2009M06D26H01M00.jpg (down left corner)
They got another too, a bit more expensive http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.14338
There are an entire category with different security stuff, including dome cameras http://www.dealextreme.com/products.dx/category.1001
My Frontdoor cam is one of their dome cams, but the picture is closer to black/white than color.

And the cheap cam starts to have problems already...
Suddenly the image turns pink, or getting pink stripes all over it, fps drops to 0.5, and suddenly it crashes totally.
I think it is just some poor wires or connections inside, so i have to open it to check it out, and hopefully fix it.

Apparently the camera is overheating... pulled some of the plates out of it, covering holes where led's are behind and such, that made it run more than a few hours.
But the camera got some problems with the ptz and cant turn into home position anylonger, and picture disapears on certain places.. so must be a wire problem, next problem is just that there are a million small wires up into the head of it, so i need to almost completely disasemple it to replace the wires, all the many many wires....
I also ordered this camera http://dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.15974 will get back with a test of it, there are a link to a test on the site there too, with some good pictures from it. So, i hope i can get a cheap and stable ip camera.
