It seems that my IP changes from time to time. I'm using it on a broadband cell network and I get different IPs when I connect. I know broadband cell network is pitifully slow but it serves one of my needs.
Is there a convenient way to work around this limitation? When I'm using it from the internet, I can just use the new IP but if I want to make my webcam available to others, they won't know the new IP.
How do I get around this? It would be great if there was a way to stream my video to a web location that had a fixed IP (i.e. server on web instead of my PC.

One other thing. I do NOT have a domain name associated with my internet connection so can't use a dynamic redirection server. At least not that I'm aware of. My IP is essentially assigned from cell to cell as I change locations.
