I used to have KIS 2010, and this allowed me to view my webcam over the internet (localhost port 7007) at about 5 fps.
Now I have installed Norton 2011, and i have only a still image available, I must press refresh to see changes even when I have panned using silverlight - which used to work.
Shutting down the firewall on the server enables the TPZ facility to work...
Any ideas what it is that NIS 2011 needs to know?
And how to tell it?

Probably in the Norton firewall settings, is there any option to allow an application access through the firewall? If so, you'll need to allow program/app through firewall, then browse (?) to program files/abelcam/abelcam.exe (think it'll be that one)
I don't use Norton but we've had this on computers we've serviced at work and found that some new programs won't work unless they are allowed through the firewall.
