I am not able to view my webcam using Javascript on my PC, my netbook or my wife's PC. It just shows the Loading... logo screen. The app appears to be running because I am able to control PTZ with it. All computers are running IE9 on Windows 7. I am able to view the Javascript stream from my Windows Phone with no problem. Scripting is enabled in my browser security settings. Any ideas what is wrong?

All of the other modes of viewing the stream work. If I move one of the PTZ sliders I see a single still image that never updates. Scripting is enabled in my browser security settings. Any ideas what is wrong?
