This release brings the following new features:
- PTZ control from the AbelCam camera list
- Chat can talk using the speech synthesizer
Other changes:
- installer forces the installation of the .NET framework 3.5 SP1
- option to exclude a camera from SelfCheck
- updated translation and geolocation files
- Start minimized fixed
