I have AbelCam running and it works fine locally and from one of my other computers (on a different network). But I have one computer that can't connect to the AbelCam server. I get the error:
"The remote device or resource won't accept the connection".
How is it that some computers can connect and others cannot? At first I thought it might be the number of connections so I shut one computer that was connected off and waited and tried the other and it still won't connect. The problem seems to be on the ablecam end by refusing a connection and I have no idea why.
What causes this and how do I fix it?

Without being familiar with the details of your network I can't give you a solid answer on this. Could be a port forwarding misconfiguration problem on a router, could be a firewall rule somewhere blocking the connection, etc. Any proxies involved? I'm 99% sure AbelCam isn't refusing or limiting connections - when I used to have my 10 cam site up and was drawing huge crowds from Reddit I certainly had large numbers of simultaneous connections happening all the time without any problems.
