Access stream via Pocket PC Windows Media version and email notification.

I would like to be able to access the server via my Pocket PC's version of windows Media Player. When you try now it says access denied due to authentication. It would be great to make this anonymous and be able to specify what the windows media stream name is. This would allow for at least some security. Also an email or SMS notification when someone connects to the media stream or camera would be great.
