AbelCam PTZ support for IP Cameras

the software supports Tilt, Pan and Zoom with various IP PTZ Cameras:

• Axis PTZ cameras eg. Axis 214
• LevelOne FCS-0020, FCS-1060
• Panasonic BB-HCM311
• Vivotek PT7137
• Compro IP530

IP Cameras come in different flavours. Some support reading of the pan/tilt/zoom position, some do not.

Some have absolute positioning capabilities, some position relative to the current position.

Whatever camera you use, AbelCam enables these features:

• Caption
• Image Overlay
• FTP Upload and Local Save with configurable motion detection and email alerts
• if your IP Camera does not have zoom, just add the Digital Zoom
• if your IP Camera does not have pan/tilt capabilities, add Virtual PTZ to get the most from your camera.

Many IP Cameras do not support a wide range of browsers, often requiring ActiveX plugins.
Using AbelCam, you can use any browser to access the camera, even mobile devices are supported.
