That would depend on what O/S is installed on your RasPi. AbelCam needs Windows XP or higher. As for running it under WINE, you'd just have to try it ..

You may use the IP Filter to block unwanted visitors.
There is no automatic setting, you will have to add the IP numbers / range manually...
