[+/-] Follow Motion I saw that "Follow Motion" was added, but I can't find where to enable it. I have a Logitech Orbit, not an MP, if that matters and I haven't config .. [+/-] Email on Motion Detect Hi. The email gegerated by Logisphere seems to use port 25. My mail is AOL, and uses port 587. When I use 'TEST' on the Email set up screen, I get th .. this looks like a feature request to me Port 25 is standard - if you figure out the public smtp server for AOL, you should still be able to send an e.. Suggestion #1 - Use Port 25 on AOL's mail exchanger (mailin-01.mx.aol.com) instead of trying to use their broken SMTP. Be sure to leave the Username a.. Aol no longer use port 25 as their Mail access, they use port 587, this is a Spam avoidance strategy. I put <smtp.aol.com> as my mail access on.. Sorry, that Anonymous User mail was from me. .. I have web server checked and listed checked. I have already setup the web cam.. Ok so what happens if you go to localhost ie. localhost:your_port_number Andrew.. I can use the webserver, but locally only. I cannot access the page on the internet. .. If you have a router it could be blocking the port your webcam is running on. Try portforward.com If not your ISP might be blocking the port your runn.. I use Orb for streaming tv and I have successfully tried using it with the webcam. [+/-] Pan and Tilt doesn't work (resolved: new Orbit PID_08CC) I have reinstalled the drivers a million times and the pan and tilt option still fails on me. It takes forever to pan up and down - about 30 seconds a .. I just tested a brand new Logitech Sphere MP on a Windows XP Pro with .NET 2.0 only. Tilt/pan/zoom did not work. After installing .NET 1.1 the appli.. still no luck =S Ive got the logitech sphere only - not the MP version. I installed .NET 1.1 but it still is very slow in tilting and panning. could.. Im having the same problem .. I wonder if you have tried locating manufacturer specific usb drivers for your system. I have a HP that required custom drivers and not standard out o.. As far as I know (and I don't know very far), the driver version 9.5.0 is for the Orbit MP only, not the regular Orbit. [+/-] Trouble receiving "current.mjpg" with VLC media player. Using the VLC media player I can momentarily connecting to Logishere's "current.mjpg" stream. But after about 3 seconds VLC stops showing a live str .. Play around with the Video Server Version / Stream settings and you might find a setting which works.
