Hi,
i have similiar problem uploding a file (getting same error dialog).
I have figured out if i manually upload test.jpg and test.jpg.tmp to my ftp server (hosted at 1und1) i am able to do one successful upload via the test button. After that the test.jpg.tmp is renamed to test.jpg. A consecutive test upload again is failing unless i am again creating manually test.jpg.tmp.
Seems to be a bug within your upload routine.
