ust dig out the email you received with your license and enter the information on the new computer just as you did on the old one.

I finally figured out what the problem was. The license I was trying to enter was the original FREE license I was emailed. I was able to enter my single camera license, but when I entered the Free license on top of that, (thinking it was my PRO license), both licenses would disappear when I re-started the program. I searched through all my emails and found my PRO license. After entering that one first, then I could enter my single camera license. It was the original FREE license that was messing everything up and confusing me. Sorry for the headaches I may have caused.
