Java apps won't work on hosting system

When I try to test the Java apps (Live webcam tilt/pan/zoom) on the computer running LogiSphere, the video does not show. It only shows the "logispherestreaming.jpg" after taking several minutes to load the java app. The tpz eventually works but it never shows the video. Strangely, it works when I connect from 2 other systems on my network. I have uninstalled and reinstalled JRE. I have checked security settings for java and scripting. I have tried Firefox too.
The Java console shows:
Java Plug-in 1.5.0_08
Using JRE version 1.5.0_08 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM

Any ideas why I can't view the server from the system that is hosting it?

Are you using the pages within wwwroot that came with LogiSphere, or are you using your own custom made page?
The applet has to be loaded from the same server as the image stream.

When viewing the pages on the hosting system, are you using http://localhost:8080 or http://bellnet.dyndns.org:8080 ?

I have tried both addresses. They do the same thing. What is the code trying to do when it is giving the "troubles reading" error?

It's trying to read the web content.
I guess you have authentication enabled.
Read wwwroot/java/readme.txt and include the authentication in the applet paramters.

What authentication are you referring to? I do not have passwords enabled in the Logisphere application. I can view my video from the other systems on my network and it is viewable from outside of my network as well. I can also view other people's video on the Logisphere Cameras page.

Again, what authentication are you referring to? I am not a java programmer and I don't know what you mean by "include the authentication in the applet parameters".
