I only get .6 to .8 frames per second using either java or javascript stream even when viewing from the same computer that Ablecam is installed on. How can I get a better frame rate? Switching from 640 X 480 down to 320 X 240 doesn't seem to make a difference. If I choose "configurable stream" and set it for 3 or 5 fps, it doesn't seem any better, although there's not a counter at the bottom to confirm, it still appears to update less than once per second.

Hello welcome to ablecam, what are the specs of your computer? If your computer can't handle these higher frame rate it won't show them. What webcam are you using? What verison of ablecam are you using?
