I'm using AbelCam more or less as a doorbell so that we can hear the "motion detected" alert and see that someone is at the door. It is also useful to hear, through the camera mic., the footsteps approaching and what the visitors are saying about us before they knock
.
We are surprised, however, how much noise the camera supplies from the street in general - especially wind noise on the camera of late.
Whilst it is possible to run AbelCam muted, would anyone else be interested in the audio only starting for a few seconds after motion is detected ?
