Licence no longer saved after crash
By: GlynP Rank: Newbie Topics: 1 From: n/a	Added: 10/05/2007 - 03:01 PM I had a power cut recently, so the computer did not close down correctly whilst AbelCam was running. Upon restart the Server (the agent was fine) was running as 'no licence'. Every attempt to re-enter the licence, save and re-start fails to correct the problem. How can I fix this please? Glyn

You may have got a new licence try http://www.multicamserver.com/en/membersonly/resendlicense . Not sure if that will help you I'm afraid. Have a good weekend Andrew

If you do not have a AbelCam Pro 2.2.1 license as yet, you may request one here: Request AbelCam Pro 2.2.1 license You need to be logged in and have your old license for a successful license upgrade.
