Not sure if I understand your question right. Do you mean you want to stream your computer screen (Windows desktop)? If so, you need to go to the Web tab in AbelCam and:
1) Set up your URLs and Ports (see documentation for this)
2) Turn on Screen Capture checkbox.
3) Turn on Web Server checkbox.
That should do it. If you are only streaming your screen (no cameras) then you do not need to do anything on the Main tab.
