What licensing do I need if I want to run AbelCam on two computers that have only one camera each? The computers are in very different locations 100 miles apart.

Seems to me you need 2 AbelCam Pro licenses - one for each of the machines. This assumes you want each machine to be completely independent of the other.
OTOH, if one machine is to be the "main server" and the other simply supports a "remote camera" then you could get by with one AbelCam Pro and one Network Camera Agent.
