The tilt / pan function is available for the Logitech Sphere / Orbit camera.

Once the Tilt/Pan device is configured and active in the 'Devices' section and the Web Server is active, you can control your camera.
This also works when the Video Server is streaming, as the two servers are completely independant.

Windows Media streaming adds some delay, so it will take some time for moves to be visible in the stream.

If your audio source is the camera microphone, you will also hear the moves
