The AbelCam picture is freezing and won't stream what can I do? I've restarted AbelCam and rebooted, still froze on last picture. Can I get my money back if it doesn't work. I've only had it a week.

Started to work again now I guess I'll wait and see if it continues to work. Can I get my money back if it doesn't work. I've only had it a week.
