I am a new user, my question is if I use Web basic Server in order to capture my TV Card and watch TV from a Remote side, The Audio is tramsmitted? if not, how can i do it?
I can not used WMV since I am in the remote side, behing a Firewall with NAT, and only I can access port 80.

Streaming WMV is the only way you can stream audio. The MJPEG and JPEG streams don't support audio - that's not an AbelCam limitation, it's a limitiation of the streaming formats themselves.
It seems to me that you should be able to configure that NAT firewall to open up more ports. Check out the Port Forwarding options in the Advanced config section.
