I don't do Apple so I've never actually seen the Live Cams app. But I know what AbelCam wants to see, and it should be easy enough for you to figure out where each thing should go in Live Cams.
User name can be anything at all, or blank. AbelCam does not care.
Password is whatever password you set for Camera (or perhaps for Main - play it safe and set both to the same thing) in AbelCam's Configuration -> Passwords form.
HTTPS/SSL? That's encrypted HTTP, as used by secure sites like your bank, PayPal, various e-commerce sites, etc. I'm guessing this refers to a checkbox in Live Cams, right? Turn it Off. AbelCam transmits the video stream as MJPEG over HTTP, not HTTPS.
HTTPS = HyperText Trasnfer Protocol, Secure
SSL = Secure Sockets Layer
Please do us a favor by posting a follow-up on how this works out for you and any tricks/traps/whatever that come up. I'm sure other people will be interested and at this point there's really nothing on the iPhone subject in this Forum.
