Hello,
I am planning to buy Loftek IP WebCam as follows:

Can anyone tell is it fully compatible with AbelCam and can I use all features of AbelCam with it, especially the Pan/Tilt/Zoom Controls.

Since nobody has answered you, I did some looking around online: checked the official docs at loftek.us and checked all the usual unofficial places too. I did not learn much. Apparently the cam has an API (well I guess that is obvious - lol) but it's not documented.
So to answer your question: I don't know. Id you have one of these cams set up and can provide access to it either SSE or I can probably figure it out and assist with creating the AbelCam template for it.
