AbelCam supports Virtual Pan/Tilt/Zoom with all capture devices.
Just define a input resolution higher than the oputput resolution and you can use Pan/Tilt/Zoom with any camera, builtin, USB or IP.

All PTZ operation is controlled by requesting web pages from the builtin web server.

You can either use the supplied template pages to control your PTZ devices
or write your own html pages or custom code to control PTZ operation.
