Software Upgrade

Automatic Upgrade

AbelCam contains an agent to update the software.

Once a new version has been published, the agent will find it and offer to install the new release.

There are two ways to trigger the update:

  • Check using AbelCam
    Use the Menu Configuration / Check for Updates to check when AbelCam is running
  • Check using the Agent
    Start / Programs / AbelCam / Tools / Check for Updates

Manual Upgrade

download the latest public version or the latest beta version

Store the installer on your disk and execute it to uprade your copy of AbelCam.
